Help with credit card debt for the disabled

adbrite your ad here banner Help with credit card debt for the disabled

I was wondering, are their any honest loan institutions out there to be of any help for the disabled. Will you just get scammed  and even deeper in financial crisis? Is negotiating credit card debt likely for you in your current situation?.  A large  number of credit card/personal loan site visitors are people with disabilities, often in dire financial circumstances.

If you’re a disabled person, is help with credit card debt available to you? Yes their does exist very good consumer credit counseling and solutions to credit card debt do exist, as long as you know where to look. Let’s begin by seeing what the Federal Trade Commission has to say on the matter.

To solve your financial problems, many credit counseling organizations are nonprofit and will work with you . But don’t be fooled,  just because an organization says it is “nonprofit” doesn’t guarantee that its services are free or affordable, or that its services are legitimate. In fact, some credit counseling organizations charge high fees, some of which may be hidden, or urge consumers to make “voluntary” contributions that cause them to fall deeper into debt. Help for the disabled when it comes to finance.

One simple step or climb at a time will get you to the top of a tall mountain, but it’s not such easy work! And you don’t have to be a financial guru with a vast knowledge of debt collection laws. Just follow the straightforward rules and regulations laid out by the FTC, and start by asking potential consumer credit counselors these questions:

* Will I have a formal written agreement or contract with you? (Don’t sign anything without reading it first. Make sure all verbal promises are in writing.)

* Do you offer information? Are educational materials available for free? (Avoid organizations that charge for information.)

* What services do you offer? (Look for an organization that offers a range of services, including budget counseling, and savings and debt management classes. Avoid organizations that push a debt management plan (DMP) as your only option before they spend a significant amount of time analyzing your financial situation.)

* What are your fees? Are there set-up and/or monthly fees? (Get a specific price quote in writing.)

* In addition to helping me solve my immediate problem, will you help me develop a plan for avoiding problems in the future?

autism180x75a Help with credit card debt for the disabled

* What if I can’t afford to pay your fees or make contributions? (If an organization won’t help you because you can’t afford to pay, look elsewhere for help.)

* What are the qualifications of your consumer credit counselors? Are they accredited or certified by an outside organization? If so, by whom? If not, how are they trained? (Try to use an organization whose counselors are trained by a non-affiliated party.)

* What assurance do I have that information about me, including my address, phone number, and financial information, will be kept confidential and secure?

* Are you licensed to offer your services in my state?

* How are your employees compensated? Are they paid more if I sign up for certain services, if I pay a fee, or if I make a contribution to your organization? (If the answer is yes, consider it a red flag and go elsewhere for help.) If you owe creditors money, remember that you are protected in dealing with debt collectors by the federal law called the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Does Money Grow On Trees? We all know that money doesn’t grow on trees. Strangely enough though, many of us act otherwise. Viable credit card debt solutions do indeed exist, but harvesting a money tree is not one of them! Be alert. Some effort is needed and even if it’s just a little, many people get discouraged and give up. don’t give in.

Get professional help with credit card debt by working with consumer credit counselors with a proven track record. It’s not hard to do.  You can choose to look for credit card debt solutions entirely on your own and put in days, weeks, and even months of frustrating and unrewarding effort. And then you might even give up after having wasted all that time and energy, possibly ending up even deeper in debt. OR YOU CAN BE SMART and kiss your credit card debt problems goodbye once and for all.

You CAN get experienced, professional guidance by working with  only one of the consumer credit counseling services that I recommend. Read on. You won’t be disappointed. I recommend only one, Debtsteps.com. They offer you the professional service that only a true professional can.  Of all the consumer credit counselors out there — and there are plenty of fakes clamoring to get you in their clutches — the only recommendation I  can safely make is to visit DebtSteps.com. Their name alone is comforting. When you say it aloud, the “steps” part of the name whispers volumes of soothing reassurance that they’ll be the ones with the credit card debt solutions that will REALLY help you.

I know this is a bit off track, but watch this video on Health Insurance reform for the Disabled:

Your worship and your special needs child

It can be a true test of faith making it through a meeting/assembly of worship. You may feel that it is an up hill battle trying to control your little one and at the same time getting forward spiritually and not hindering others surrounding you. If you that you’re going to get some quiet worship Experience, wherein your child just sits there and does exactly what you want  every minute of the service, you’re probably out of luck. But at the same time,  that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t just give up and not go all together and stay home. The following are some tips that make it easier  and take the headache out of worship time.

You don’t have to go all out

autism180x75a Your worship and your special needs child

Your experience doesn’t have to be an all or nothing worship session. Sometimes it takes a bit of planning for success to know when to leave. If your child can behave for around 20 minutes or so and then goes off the rails, get your partner to take him/her outside or if you have siblings for example that are helpful get them to shoulder part of the load. If any service of worship is worth it’s salt, your spiritual brothers or sisters should be glad to help out so don’t be afraid to ask for that help because I’m sure they would be accommodating. Fellow worshipers should be glad to see that you’ve made the effort to be there and to encourage their beliefs.

Give the child incentives.

b9ceab13550dc13 Your worship and your special needs childYou may want to give your child short term rewards to give them some incentive to behave because big rewards with long time frames often backfire; if your child has a short attention span, she or he may feel that the reward is  unreachable. Maybe a  short walk after a while may do the trick or a chance to play with something relatively harmless or a little sticker or badge can often distract a child enough to concentrate what’s on hand. Remember that peace of mind is the most important thing so perseverance is the key in dealing with ways to control the situation.

Be careful offering bad incentives.

Make sure what you’re offering actually encourages good behaviour for example  threatening to leave your place of worship may backfire if that’s what the child actually wants. You could point out that the alternative to leaving might be worse than staying–like staying at home with aunt Vera or being locked in your room by yourself with nothing to play with might do the trick, all these little things have the potential to benefit your child and your whole family

Reinforcements could provide relief.
If bringing in reinforcements such as playtoys, chewy lollies or anything similar which will occupy your child, by all means bring it along with you. You might see a few people that are a bit concerned but rather your child playing along with something that doesn’t make too much of a noise than absolutely running riot and ruining it for everyone. This is one example you could try out: Early Learning and Special Needs Activities Box Your worship and your special needs child

Try praying

While praying for your child to be a perfect angel right away can be a waste of time, you can always ask for ways to be able to handle it and for spiritual peace with you special needs child. Your own worship or others with you does not have to suffer. Surely if you make the sacrifice to be there with your child, whoever you worship will bless you; maybe not in the short term but in the long term

Aids for the disabled-Internet

On this page, we are about to discuss anything related to the Internet and the disabled, issues making websites, accessibility and the like For instance, we make sure that those with a vision disability are able to read the text fonts and there are no colour clashes and ALT tags are properly done etc. The subject of this is broken down as follows:

  • People with Vision-Related Issues “Vision-related” refers to any sort of vision impairment – complete blindness, color-blindness, poor vision. Chronic sinusitis for instance can lead to poor vision. For those who have a vision impairment we make sure that text is in readable fonts, there are no color clashes, ALT tags are properly done, and so on.
  • People with non-Vision-Related Issues “Non-vision-related” refers to any impairment other than vision. For those with a mobility issue, we make necessary easy navigation, and so on.

Everyday conveniences for the Disabled Help with Computer and Internet for the disabledDisabled parking is now common in most societies. Only a few decades ago, things like handicapped parking areas and wheelchair ramps were virtually nonexistent.

These things we take for granted and are commonplace nowadays and are seen in just about every civilized society. How much more difficult would it have been without these things we take for granted these days for the infirm, the disabled and impaired
The truth is that it took a long time for these changes to take effect like handicapped parking and wheelchair ramps.

It has taken a much shorter time for the Internet to make more user friendly changes for the Disabled. Special Hardware And Software for the Disabled For a lot of various equipment and devices catering for people with disabilities, the Internet and computer companies in general have done their fair share for providing to those who might not be able to access the Internet and computers in the normal way that they were originally intended.

From this effort to provide for those who may need some help, all types of software and features have been made. Among these is software that reads text from the screen. It translates the text into speech and makes it perfectly understood by those listening. It scans the screen and then speaks  whatever it scans. There is also the option of people doing the exact opposite with the software and that is to talk into the software and the software converts it into text, pretty nifty! While this software is still fairly new, voice activated features and software have come a long way and have allowed all types of people the opportunity to be able to perform functions on the computer and Internet virtually keyboard and mouse free.
